Abstract

One of company’s routine activities that has importance role for company’s goals achievement is work measurement, known as performance appraisal. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) become one of most popular performance appraisal method that implemented in various world classes companies,it measureddirectly by web-based real time online. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk (Indocement) is one of biggest company in Indonesia, produce cement with 30.9% market share in years 2010. The aims of this research are to knowthe actual condition of performance appraisal method and analyze it with some literature review. The methodology of this research was usingcase study on Indocement’s Corporate Human Resource Development Division (CHRD). The data’s were collecting using structured interview with the head of division and other related employees. The results shown that KPI’s in Indocement, named as Key Performance Measurements (KPM) Quantum Challenge, and the CHRD Division’soptimal success Parameters are: Financial Strength, Customer Satisfaction, Productivity & Efficiency, Public Responsibility, Innovation, Quality of People & Teamwork, and Team Performance.
