Abstract
Controlling is one of management function which is a process of leader to assure that the organization target has been implemented well, as the planning, instruction, rule, or policy. Inheren controlling is a control that is done by leader to his staff and unit that he leads.
Effectivenessis an evaluation that is made based on individual achievement, in a group and in an organization. If their achievement reach nearby the standard that has defined, their evaluation more effective.
The purpose of this research is to analyze how much the influence of controlling on employer’s workefectiveness in Inspektorat Wilayah Kota Depok and to find out the barrier factors to increase employer’s work effectiveness. This research is using descriptive method and using observation also questioner as its data collecting.
The result of this research indicate that controlling influence insignificant on employer’s work effectiveness level in Inspektorat Wilayah Kota Depok. The correlation test shows r= 0,346 and determination coefficient take only 11,97% . It means, the controlling contribute only 11,97% to employer’s work effectiveness increasing.
